Mall office hours are: 8:30 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday.
- ATM:
An ATM is conveniently located in the main corridor of the mall beside the Food Court.
- Lost and Found:
For items found, you may give them to a Security Officer or bring them to the Mall Office. The office is located near the middle of the mall. Follow the corridor marked Mall Office and Rest Rooms to the end. For items lost, ask a Security Officer or come to the Mall Office.
- Stroller Rental:
Free Strollers are available for use located behind the stage area.
- Wheelchair Service:
You may borrow a wheelchair during your visit to the mall at no charge. You will, however, be required to leave your driver's license with the Mall Office until it is returned. To borrow a wheelchair, simply come to the Mall Office. The office is located near the middle of the mall. Follow the corridor marked Mall Office and Rest Rooms to the end.
- Healthy Hikers:
For those interested in exercising at Biltmore Square Mall, the metal double doors beside the mall office at the back of the mall open at 8:00 am Monday-Saturday and 11:00 am on Sunday. All other doors open at 9:00 am Monday-Saturday and 11:30 am on Sunday. Holiday hours vary.
- Auto Assistance:
Should you have difficulty with your vehicle, come to the Mall Office and we will gladly help you to get on your way as soon as possible.
- Directions:
While at the mall, should you find yourself looking for something we don't offer, come to the Mall Office and we will gladly direct you to what you're looking for and how to get there.
- Faxes:
During your visit to the mall, if you find yourself in need of a fax machine, come to the Mall Office and we will assist you for a nominal fee.
- Photocopies:
During your visit to the mall, if you find yourself in need of a copier, come to the Mall Office and we will assist you for a nominal fee.
